🎨 3D Design

How long does it take to create a 3D model?
The time depends on the complexity of the project. Simple models can be completed in a few days, while more complex projects like detailed product visualizations or animations can take 2-4 weeks. We provide an accurate time estimate after learning the project details. Get a quote →
What format will I receive the final files in?
We provide files in all common formats: FBX, OBJ, STL, GLTF, Blender files, and more. We can also export according to your needs - whether for game engines, 3D printing, or rendering.
Can you create a model based on photos or drawings?
Yes! We can create 3D models from photos, sketches, technical drawings, or even just a description. The more reference material provided, the more accurate the result. Learn more about 3D design →

🖨️ 3D Printing

What 3D printing technologies do you use?
We use FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) and SLA (Stereolithography) technologies. FDM is suitable for larger and stronger parts, while SLA offers higher detail and smoother surface finish. Learn more →
How large objects can you print?
Our FDM printers can print objects up to 256x256x256mm. Larger objects are printed in parts and assembled. SLA printers have a smaller maximum size but offer greater detail.
What materials do you use?
For FDM printing, we use PLA, PETG, ABS, and TPU filaments. For SLA printing, we offer standard, flexible, and casting resins. We recommend materials based on your project needs. See the material wizard →
How much does 3D printing cost?
The price depends on the object's size, complexity, material, and fill density. Prices start from €12. Send us a model for a quote!

🎬 Visualization & Animation

What is the difference between a static render and animation?
A static render is a single high-quality image. Animation consists of many frames (typically 24-60 frames per second) that create a moving video. Animation requires more time and resources. Learn more →
What software do you use?
We primarily use Blender, which is powerful and flexible 3D software. Depending on the project, we also use Cinema 4D, ZBrush, and Substance Painter.
Can you create interactive 3D experiences?
Yes! We have created VR experiences, interactive product configurators, and 3D web solutions. We use Unity and Unreal Engine game engines as well as WebGL technology. See our game dev service →

💳 Orders & Payments

How does the ordering process work?
1) Contact us and describe your project. 2) We provide a quote and timeline. 3) Upon confirmation, we start work, typically with a 30-50% advance payment. 4) We present intermediate versions for feedback. 5) Final delivery after full payment is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers and cash payments on-site. For business clients, we offer a 14-day payment term.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! 3D printed products have a 14-day claim period for defects. For digital work, we make free corrections if the result doesn't match what was agreed upon.
